I had a problem with my AC at 6pm on Saturday and Chris and his employee showed up within 30 min to Diagnoise and fix. Even went out of his way to get specific parts after hours to get my home cooling again. The whole experience was with integrity and honesty. Prices were very fair and NO advantage was taken. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The two most important things that you look for integrity and quality of work it is what you are going to receive. Most people don’t have them necessary, knowledge on mechanics and or AC work and often are taken advantage of. That was not the case when I hired this company on more than one location to do work at my home. I found them to be very transparent on the work needed, and took the time to train me on preventive measures for the future.

My a/c went out on a long holiday weekend and my wife was getting mad as she was calling different a/c companies to come to the house and fix the problem. Coastline responded and all I can say is wow. The responded within the time frame they said they would be there. Technician was honest and explained to my husband what went bad and allowed my husband to watch. Most technicians would rather not to have spectators. These guys were great. I would surely use them again.
