+ -1 moreExcellent contractor. The job was more difficult than I believe the contractor originally expected but he honored his price and his timetable for completion of the job. Mr. Smith was a total professional and extraordinarily honest in keeping his word when the job got quite challenging. First class experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend Calvin W. Smith Construction and Mr. Smith himself.

Description of Work: Design and construction of gable-end bracing in roof of house, including permits and inspections, to strengthen roof against hurricane winds. Substantial bracing of gable ends and mid-section. County building inspector commented on high quality of work.
