Excellent contractor. The job was more difficult than I believe the contractor originally expected but he honored his price and his timetable for completion of the job. Mr. Smith was a total professional and extraordinarily honest in keeping his word when the job got quite challenging. First class experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend Calvin W. Smith Construction and Mr. Smith himself.

Excellent: fast, high-quality work. Everything done in two weeks from signing of contract, pulling permit, to final inspection. Only contractor of 4 reviewed to take photos before work done, then provided photos upon conclusion for my inspection and county inspector's review.
