We are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Florida Building Code including the High Velocity Wind Zone Areas. Our employees are well trained and average more than 10 years with the company. Our team will work hard to make your project a success. We are capable of custom metal fabrication and fabricate our own architectural metal roofing and trim.

Description of Work: They were very dirty workers. I like workers who pick up at the end of the day. A lot of the debris ended up in my pool and ended up scratching the finish. Initially they were very diligent about showing up but once they were paid they started showing up a couple times per week with only 2-3 guys. They damaged tiles and had poor overall workmanship. It did not look like a finished job.

They had excellent responsiveness, especially considering that the contract spanned the period when Miami was affected by two hurricanes. The quality of Hilson's work is top notch.
Description of Work: They did a complete reroofing. They put an upper ''cap sheet'' on a flat roof, lower metal roof, and two metal mansards on a metal shed roof. They put a lower ''cap sheet'' on a flat roof. They also put in a new gutter and downspouts.

They called to set up three different appointments, for which they didn't show up for an estimate. They did finally come, but I had already given the job to another company. Also had lots of problems getting calls back.
Description of Work: Called for an estimate on re-roof for my personal residence as well as a rental property.

I WAS SATISFIED BY THIS COMPANY'S WORK. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY PICKED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EVERY NIGHT WHEN THEY WERE DONE WORKING FOR THE DAY.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND THE ROOF LOOKS WONDERFUL. THEY ARE ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE AND FRIENDLY. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THEY KEPT A VERY CLEAN WORK SITE, THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A NAIL BEHIND.

WHEN THE CONTRACTOR CAME TO MY HOME HE GAVE ME A FULL WRITTEN ESTIMATE ON HOW MUCH THE JOB WOULD COST AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. THE ROOF WAS DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND NOT LEAVE MUCH OF A MESS.
