Worst service I have ever experienced ! Ben the owner is the most dishonest man I have ever met. He installed an awning with no slope, therefore every time it rains the water sits on top of the awning ! I have to drain all the heavy water off of it every time and now the cover is molding! Ben promised after several months he would fix it and claims there is a one year warranty . Every time I actually talk to the man he has an excuse . Now he totally ignores my calls. What a horrible man. He does not care about customers. All he wants is your money. Don't waste your time with these people!

Terrible experience. After 3 months and several calls, nothing had been done. Finally I said that enough was enough and I wanted to cancel the contract. They agreed and sent me a check for $695. The difference of $305 went to pay the engineer that did the design work and engineering drawings. So after 3 months I have no awnings and am out $305. Luckily I made the down payment with my Amex card so if the next people I get to do the awnings cannot use the drawings I will put a dispute with Amex to get the rest of my money back.
