Horrible customer service. I had leaks after they installed a patio cover. They did come out and fix the leaks but I had to call several times. I have had several leaks. Since the installation Albie got very indignant with me about it. I had to have another company come out and put a downspout on the other side. Albie told me only one downspout was necessary. The other company called him to tell Albie he should of installed 2 downspouts. Albie told the other company that the other company should fix it. How this company stays in business is beyond me.

They arrived on time to give me the estimate and installed our shutters early. I have been very pleased with my shutters. Alby and his installer Ralph were both very easy to work with.
