ALTON MADISON PROPERT

I had an issue with damage done to my vehicle by malfunctioning equipment at the community. I reported it to the Property Manager and they said they would review the video. They told me they would have the Association insurance take care of the damage if they found it on video. Of course they didn't. I asked them to look again. Two weeks later, I called and they told me that they didn't see anything on the video. I asked them to look again and offered to view the video with them. Several weeks later they called and told me that the video was not stored and that I would have to pursue a claim through my insurance company. Throughout I was treated like I was lying in order to get money out of the community. When I finally heard from the property manager directly, he directly told me that he believed I was trying to milk the community. I have never been treated so poorly. Unfortunately, this is par for the course for all my interactions with Alton Madison. Poor customer service, condescension, bad information, slow response times, etc., etc. If this company's name comes up in any transaction....RUN!
