From my 1st contact Gerry the owner was polite, professional and spot on in his diagnosis of my problem. He came on a Sunday, and temporarily cleaned the lines so we'd be cool till he was available on Monday. He arrived at the agreed upon time, explained what he was going to do and did it. He added a port in the drain line that I can access to put vinegar in the line without charge. I would highly recommend him. He's the only A /C contractor that completed the work without additional costs, arrived on time AND clean up after he was done.
