I hired A1- they are actually my neighbors. Started out well. I felt the price was fair and the owner seemed easy to work with. I wasn't thrilled with the many missed days and the delays but he always explained that because of the weather he got backed up. I was pretty ok with that. The problems came towards the completion. We were going out of town for a couple of days. He said he would be finished before we returned and wanted to be paid. My husband paid him in full. When we returned I noticed quite a few issues. He totally missed an upstairs shutter and didn't paint under it, there was over spray in a few places. My front steps have over spray, the outside of the side porch door was very sloppily caulked and painted. He said he would repair the concrete by the kitchen window and used the foam stuff and painted over it. He also painted all my windows shut. I called him to please come back and fix all the issues. He said he would, I had to call him a few more times. He finally came back and fixed a few of the windows and some of the overspray. He fixed a portion of the concrete repair. I called him again and asked him to please come back and finish fixing everything. While he said he would Come back he never did! I'm weary of calling him back. The weather turned beautiful and I can't open my windows! Good rule to follow Never pay in full until you inspect the work!!

The job was done as promised and completed as promised.
