Well, how did it go? I'm still waiting to hear back from them after leaving NUMEROUS messages with the person who answers the phone. I spoke with someone SIX (6) times and have yet to hear back from them about replacing the pool tile in my pool. This has been going on for over three weeks. Subsequently, I was speaking with a neighbor about this situation and was told that someone who has dealt the with company for over 20 years had the same experience recently and complained to the owner directly since they know each other. Well, I don't have that luxury of "knowing someone" to get a return call.... At this point, it does not matter anyway, but just thought people should know that unless you know the owner or are seeking to spend hundred of thousands of dollars with them, Agnelli Pools will ignore you.
