XM Plumbing L.L.C.

I have nothing but good things to say about XM plumbing.  The problem was discovered at 8:30am on a Sunday.  We tried multiple plumbers with little success.  Xavier was onsite before anyone else even called us back.  He was hard at work within 5 minutes of his arrival.   The oak tree were the line break was is over 40 ft tall and in a tight landscape island.  Massive roots were blocking access to the line.  It became apparent it was going to be a difficult job just to find the leak.   He called in additional help, who was there within 15-20 mins.  They spent the next 4+ hours digging and cutting roots just to find the leak.  The line was over 4 feet deep and almost under the tree (and an FPL electric line).  During this time, they never took a break , even during a torrential downpour.  Since the break was under an electric line, the line had to be rerouted, requiring another hour of excavation.   He will be our first call anytime we have a problem in the future.

The contractor was communicative, on time and performed as promised

I contacted Xavier after having new appliances delivered and I realized I did not have the correct gas and icemaker connections. He responded quickly and was able to come over the next day. Instead of just giving an estimate he immediately began working and knew exactly how to resolve the connection problems. He worked fast and professionally and in no time I was able to use my new gas range and make ice.

Xavier did an excellent job. Everything was done in 1 day. He made sure everything was working properly, was careful to be neat and clean, and leave the area tidy when finished. In addition, Xavier was personable and willing to answer any questions with a pleasant attitude. Highly recommended.
