WHEN I TELL THEM WHAT I WANT DONE, THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO ME. THEY NEVER DO WHAT I WANT THEM TO DO. THEY ARE NEVER HERE WHEN THEY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK.
