David would Not discuss pricing with me ever. I never knew what they were charging prior to starting the work nor after completing the job. He Only wanted to deal with the insurance company. After the insurance company wanted proof of what appeared to be overinflated charges, which David could not support, he put a mechanics lien on my home. I would never recommend them

Communication with them was poor. Did not want to share amount was charge to do work, sent billing information to insurance company and did do tell us what was bill amount, refuse to discuss it with us. He told us not to worry insurance was going to pay. We need to know amount because insurance had paid us.

Only issue with communication, but it was a good service.

When reaching out on Home Advisor, Water Floods Restoration was the first company to respond, and very quickly, I might add! Amongst the many issues at my momâ s house, tackling the black mold problem, due to a leaky roof, was at the top of the list. David and his team did everything and then some to remedy the mold and improve her living area. David was great to work with. He held true to everything we discussed and was open to additional requests. His talented team did excellent work and they treated my 95-year old mom with kindness and care. I highly recommend this company. We are very pleased with the results.

I had work done on my condo after a disastrous water leak from the unit above. The cost to repair far outweighed the budget. There was nothing left to do mold remediation, all out of pocket. Every company I called was trying to get 10's of thousands of dollars, I gave up and try to do it myself and couldn't do it. He showed up on a Sunday, did exactly what He promised for a fraction of the price, I don't have words to describe how happy and releived I am!"

They came very quickly and did work right away.

We had a suspicion of mold in our new place because of the smell and humidity. We have a baby, so it was really important for us to test quickly. We called Water Flood Restoration and they were able to schedule our test the same day. Unfortunately, we did have mold, but the men were able to remove all the mold and advised us on how to prevent it from coming back. We can tell the difference in our air quality. Very thankful!

My ceiling was leaking water from the bathroom in the apartment above me. I panicked and called the first company I could find. They came over within half an hour, set up the equipment and checked up with me everyday. David was very professional, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this company :)
