The guy did a very nice job and we were very happy with him. He was very nice. He came when he said he would come. He did a quality work. We have a couple of tenants who are kind of troublesome and he was very nice with them. We had a major rehab in our building because of a big fire almost a year ago, so we have tenants who bother every single contractor and take frustrations out on them. Once we started, then he handled them nicely and listened to what everybody was saying. He did his job and was the nicest guy. The price was good because we did a couple of other quotes. He was really good. He was great.
