They do an excellent job. It was free because, it was under warranty. I have been using them for two years. I have another dealership right outside my gate and they were terrible, I would never do business there again. I drive all the way from my house to Vera Cadillac, it is a bit inconvenient, but I get better service there and they have excellent customer service.

The service team always takes excellent care to ensure the needed service is completed promptly and correctly.

Everything was okay until I was asked to sign the contract. Salesman and his manager told me SRX demo had approximately 5,000 miles on the odometer. I asked for the keys to go check car myself and they could not find them (even though they just brought car around for me to see. I waited about twenty minutes for them to find the keys. Meanwhile they took credit info from me.
ed odometerAfter filling out credit ap, they found keys and I checked the odometer. I was shocked to see it had more than 15,000 miles, not the 5,000 or so they claimed. I asked them to rip up the contract and my credit ap. They offered no apology or suggested another car.
Weeks later, I received mail from four or five banks that Vera had submitted my credit information to, even after I ripped up application (they already made copy or already submitted it). I was furious! They promised that they would not submit my credit application as I had no interest in ever dealing with them. I purchased a new Cadillac from Ocean Cadillac a few days later. What a difference in dealerships.

They were excellent. The were really good. These people also go far and above sometimes I think it is because of Cadillac. They are really very attentive. I use them regularly and I am about to him now again and they listen to you and they really fix things. I had a plastic piece and I guess this was because of the accident and this was about three months after the accident and I took it in and they fixed the side of the seat and it took them about three or four times, but not it was perfect did they stop and never wanted to complain and I kept taking the car back. They were just very very nice. There was no waiting time. They will come and drop you. I would definitely use them again.

I had an appointment to install replacement parts, covered under my GMAC extended warranty, that had been ordered at the time of a previous service visit. The service adviser was cordial and prompt. The car was logged in for service at 8:43am. It was logged out at 2:09pm. I told them I would wait in the lounge for the car. I was not told how long the repair would take. I have never waited that long at a dealership for any service. I know that dealership service is typically a slow process. But since I had made an appointment 1 week in advance, it seems the car would have been ready in less than 5 hours and 11 minutes considering the work that was being performed! My appointment was for 8:30am. I was logged in at 8:43am. That is Fair as a rating for Punctuality. However, as far as Responsiveness goes, I'd have to say that was Lousy. They checked the car in within13 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, but took over 5 hours to replace 3 parts.

My husband and I couldn't have been happier. We have always gone to VERA because they make and keep appointments for any work that we have had done. They also use the same intake person each time so that they know us and our car. If there is something that can't be done right away or if they have to wait for a part (which isn't very often) they have an Enterprise rental right there on the premises and with our AARP, USAA, AAA discounts we are on our way quickly. They also have a drop off service if you just want to go home. We can recommend VERA always and we don't even own a Cadillac, we have a Saturn!!!!

This is the best car purchaing experence i have ever had. Wow what a great business to deal with.

I purchased my 2012 SRX from Vera after much shopping at several dealers. Their professionalism in both the sales and service areas exceed expectations. I have referred two friends and they both have also been extremely pleased with the level of service provided. I would highly recommend them.

Eventhough the parts the I needed was only available as original they provided a reasonable price. when I got the keys they took the time to show me how to program the key . They were very p[easant and helpfull

We would highly recommend this dealership. We recently purchased a Hummer H3 at a different dealership and brought the truck to Vera. Everyone was extremely professional and punctual. We were always kept in the loop as to what the status was of our vehicle by our service rep Alex. Since the warranty work was going to take more than one day, we were given a rental car. We ordered some accessory parts that we are waiting on and will definitely return to Vera for future service!
