This was a big tile removal and replacement job including steps and extensions to my terraces and to the walkways and four patios, and Universal tile group has my two thumbs up vote for the Honor Roll. The owner Nino and office manager Ronnie were always responsive to my many requests and changes, which were quickly, cleanly and professionally taken care of. Universal Stone and Tile Group has been a thriving family business for decades (and most deservedly so!) doing all kinds of stone and tile work ( [email protected]) and it is very understandable why these kind and experienced folks get so many jobs and repeat customers.
