UNFORTUNATELY, WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE PUMP AND MOVED SOME OF THE TUBING, THOSE TUBES LEAKED AND ALL THE WATER WAS PUMPED OUT. THEY RETURNED ONCE TO LOOK AT IT AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL SINCE EARLY JANUARY. I CALLED MANY TIMES AND EVEN SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER. NO RESPONSE. NOW I HAVE A BRAND NEW PUMP AND FILTERS, BUT STILL NO WATERFALL. MY RECOMMENDATION IF YOU SEE THEIR ADS(MIRAMAR AND PEMBROKE PINES HOMETOWN MAGAZINES), STAY AWAY! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
