TWIN STONE MARBLE & GRANITE

RUN AWAY from this company!!!! SERIOUSLY.....RUN AWAY!!!! When we gave our deposit, we were told it would be TEN days before we received our counters. Great! Ten days, which then became 14 days, then 21....Well they are installing Now...It is now day THIRTY! This has held up my ability to complete backsplashes, plumbing, electrical....etc. A MONTH of waiting and excuses. That's only the beginning... They mis-cut for my kitchen sink. It is crooked, and raied at the only seam in the entire kitchen. Unfortunately, it is smack dab in the middle of my sink, right where the faucet is. A supervisor came out to look at it, and agreed it is not acceptable. Unfortunately, my sales man, who hasn't even laid eyes on it, says "That's how it's supposed to be!" It's not. So after two days of arguing, I am very exausted, and frustrated beyond belief! I am at my wits end!! There was supposed to be more than half a slab of granite left, so what's the big deal? RE- CUT IT! Or...Have they sold my granite?? Another day of arguing to look forward to tomorrow. Beware that they will not build supports for your counter tops!! They did not shim a single piece of granite! Just dropped it on. I shudder to think of what would happen to my granite with my heavy juicer or stand mixer! Also, their beveled edges don't line up. I could go on and on.... PLEASE go elsewhere!! I truly don't know how they are still in business!? Hopefully this first review on Angies List will help some of you avoid such problems! ********************** UPDATE!! The above was written in MARCH. It is now MAY! I didn't want to post the above until giving them a chance to 'make things right'. Well...we are STILL waiting! WE ended up having to buy ANOTHER slab of Granite, just so they would re-fabricate our counters. We were THREE MONTHS waiting for our counters!!! No counters = No sink = no disposal = no dishwasher = no backsplashes = no electrical outlets = Get my POINT?? NO KITCHEN!!! Now, we have been 3 weeks trying to get our excess!! We waited 3 MONTHS for counters...and now nearly a MONTH trying to get our excess!! We purchased approximately 280 sq ft of granite, and can account for 112 sq in our kitchen. I am not delaying this post any longer, because I don't want to see anybody else have to suffer as we have. PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE....RUN AWAY from this company!!! We have attempted to call, and to talk to the owner...they won't even verify who the owner is (even though his name is on their Website...stay away from Plinio Medina "Ignacio") We asked for the Manager, and were told they don't have one. WTH? IF, after reading this review, you are foolish enough to deal with this company, do NOT allow Manny Rosas to be your salesperson!!! You WILL be hosed! RUN, RUN, RUN!!! I am a fair consumer, and will give updates as this evolves, but please...save yourself problems and go elsewhere!
