The whole job went quite well. Tim was perfectly polite when we came back to him after we had chosen another contractor who had low-bid the job and then pulled out. His main worker, Andy, was as congenial as he was expert. When the re-roofing was at a stage when Tim could caulk the seam between the roof frame and the fascia, he did so promptly.
