We live in a community and Towngate Lawn Care does the yards over here in the community and also inside of the homes. They service a lot of areas here. There's a big community called Towngate with a lot of home units and they have subdivisions. I've never seen them working elsewhere because there's plenty of work here where we live and there are a lot houses, but basically they operate in this area. They comes every three weeks. They are responsible for all of the common areas of the community. They trim the trees and do the grass on the common areas, but the houses we're responsible for that, either the backyard or the front yard. We often seen them here and I think the owner or the manager told them to offer a special for everybody and they knocked on our door and said we're doing these services and the price was quite cheap, so we decided to take it and they've been doing a good job. Other people are normally charging $30 for every time they come to do a house our size and I thought the price was pretty good. I guess for them it's quite easy because they have quite a large crew, so one guy comes in and does the hedging and the other one does the lawn mower and the other one comes in and blows off everything. They do it like an assembly line type of thing, so they work pretty good and fast. They suppose to come in I think every two weeks but sometimes they take a little bit longer.
