TOTAL PROTECTION SERVICES

Because of a bad service person who was doing some repairs after a hurricane, we had to have all our locks changed and our security system put back together.  The serviceman systemically took our alarm system apart; he disconnected the battery backup and he locked the security panel and took the key.  The wires for our security system were inside the wall.  He was going to install a shade over a window and he drilled holes all over the window and went through the wire for the security system and the system stopped working.  Tom with Total Protection Services looked at the windows and all the drill holes and he questioned us about all the holes.  When we told him the serviceman had done it Tom told us to fire him immediately and not to let him come back to our home again. That’s what snapped us to attention and made us question what the other guy was doing.  This man was systematically destroying our house.  Total Protection Services really cares about their customers. I would give them a AAA rating.  They actually saved my life.  The price is very fair.  I’ve had them come out when we were out of town and the alarm went off.  They repaired it while we were in another state.  They’ve been very good to use over the years.
