TOTAL KITCHEN AND GRANITE

Initially, the sales individual was very helpful and knowledgeable about granite quality and different types of styles and cuts.We were given the opportunity to go the the stone storage area and choose the actual stone that would be used in our kitchen. We chose a dark stone with large cluster variation. The sales person assured us that there was enough of the stone to complete our kitchen needs. Even after measurements were taken at the house, the sales person indicated that there was enough stone available. Two days later we were asked to come in and choose another stone because there wasn't enough stone available. We showed up at 8:30 AM on a Sunday and waited until 9:45 for one of the workers to arrive to assist with showing the other stones. We ended up with a different stone of nice quality. The installation was done in three different stages over a weeks time. Did not complete the job before Thanksgiving as promised. Also, did not match the stone seams as promised. Overall,this granite countertop company over promised and under delivered. Grade of C- Would not recommend.

Joe did a great job and was the lowest of all three bids. But the quality was excellent from start to finish. They not only matched our four year old granite, but they did a fantastic job fabricating and installing. We had to join a piece and you can't even see the join. They really know what they are doing. Other contractors wanted more money for the same work; it could not have been done better.
