Tracey answered my call and explained what they would do to troubleshoot. She was able to schedule an electrician to come check the breaker panel the following day. The electrician was very professional and punctual. He explained the current status and what work should be done next, as the panel is old, not wired properly, and should be replaced for safety reasons.

I had to call them after hours for an emergency. They were very prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient.

As usual, Tirone was able to send a technician very quickly to replace my camera. I was lucky enough to get Alton, who did a great job installing the new camera and positioning it to give me a great vista from the camera. He did a very neat and clean job. For the electrical work in the garage and attic, Anthony did a great job connecting the fan, despite having to crawl around in my hot attic dodging AC ducts and numerous roofing nails! He never complained and work tirelessly to finish the job. Props also to Levardo (project manager) who coordinated the electrical work. I have been doing business with Tirone Electric for 18 years, and they have always done great work for me! They are a family owned business and have always treated me like part of their family!

called them to have a house re-wired, they put me on hold for 5 minutes then said they were too busy to take my call and would call me back, they didnt, i called them again 24 hours later, they put me on hold so i hung up. dont waste your time

Serviceman analyzed the circuitry check all source lines, traced the fault corrected and tested to verify the installation worked.

Tirone has installed various security cameras around the property and has done and excellent job. We have no complaints. They are dependable and easy to work with.
