"I would like to respond to this complaint. I was hired to install 800 sq ft of tile and rip out existing tile. I did not take 3 weeks to do this job. I also, did not deal with Mr. [Member Name Removed] who wrote this awful review with false accusations. I was not hired to do the baseboards on this job. The customer who was Mr. Galetta's girlfriend at the time hired me and was the only one that dealt with me. The job was done according to the detailed contract and the customer was happy with the job and paid me in full with not one complaint. Why this negative review was written especially by someone that I did not deal with I have no idea. I have been in business for over 40 years and have been highly recommended by D & B tile and most of my work comes from referrals of satisfied customers."
"In response to this complaint. I deny all accusations. This person had old main water shut off valve that the screw broke when the water was turned back on. The customer saw the condition of the old water valve and acknowledged that is was not my fault. The job was done according to the contract and looked beautiful. The customer paid me in full and was satisfied but was apparently upset that her water line broke. I went back to her house at 9:00 at night to repair her water line."
"Thank you it was a pleasure doing work for you!"
