Tiffany Fabrics & Upholstery

I went with a forest theme fabric and they did a fantastic job. I would have had plastic placed over them (courtesy of my 6 year old) but the cost to have the fabric alone steered me away. If you can afford it or just really need a great job done- this is the place!

Sofa and still is a horrible job. They made my pillows smaller than they were originally with rounded corners instead of corners as they originally were. They were suppose to fix what was broken in the sofa and it never was. The filling they used was old - which I pointed out after opening up myself - and they did repair. First attempt at the curtains - were just wrong measurements even though they came out three times to measure. 2nd time - material that was added was going the wrong way. Installer wore dirty shoes on my white carpet even though he was asked not to. Although Tiffany did try to fix the situation (the sofa was a lost cause - even though they did replace some of the old cushions that was "recycled" and yellow) - the price was ridiculous for the quality of workmanship. Third time - they flipped the material but iron marks were all over the material. 4th time they made me brand new curtains and they did come out nice - Was I happy? No, paying that price I shouldn't have gone through all that. I should have been given a discount or a refund on something. I spent 4k on a brand new sofa today as the one they redid - quality wise is so subpar. I provided Ethan Allen material to do it - so it cost me quite a bit. Anyway, at the end of the end I would not recommend. Installer left cracks and holes in my walls - even though Tiffany offered to fix ....I didn't want them in my home anymore and nor did I want anyone else trampling on my white carpet with sparkle and paint. It was an exhausting ordeal.

The work was very good as far as I can see, however communication was slow. Was quoted one price for the material when they came to pick up the chair cushions which was an additional $75 charge to pick up and return, which I felt was fair, however the bill stated a different price for the material. I advised the gentleman of this, he told me he would look into it when he got back to the shop. I never heard anything back. The day they contacted me about bringing back the chairs, I advised them again concerning the difference in the price of what was listed on the sample material sent to me and the bill, she told me she would handle it. The next day the gentleman came out, gave me the bill for the balance, which was the original amount and I gave him a check. I feel this was their responsibility and because I did mention it twice it should have been handled correctly and professionally. They did do a good job on the chairs but I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service as well as not standing by the price they had given to me and just passing it of with no concern it seems. Honestly, for the price of the chairs, I probably could have replaced at least 1/2 of the dining room set, which I will do in the future.

I only purchased upholstery fabric from Tiffany's. Upholstery  services were not used, I thought the price was extremely high. However, they have very nice fabric. I would purchase fabric from the again.

She did a great job.  She did it in a timely fashion.

They weren't cheap, but the quality of the work was great. The fabric I chose was more expensive, but it's something that will last longer. They were also able to fix a chair for me, and I previously had two other people try to do it for me and they were unsuccessful.

They  were extremely professional and gave accurate advice on how much fabric I needed.  They also advised what trim would work the best with the fabric.  They offered their upholstery services, but since no one has rated them on Angie's list I was reluctant to use them for fear that they would outsource the work as another upholstery company had done with me with horrible results.

it was fabulkous from th time we went to their showroon to the time they delivered the chairs.
