I was not home to supervise them but they did a good job. They missed a few spots, a few windows on the second level, but nothing major. I probably would have noticed if I were home and could have asked them to correct this oversight. But overall I was happy that they did a good job without my being able to supervise the work. I will use them again.

He arrived the day I contacted him. This was great because we were able to take care of it ASAP.. Everything was very clean and he gave us some helpful advice.

They were prompt, very responsive, followed up with us, and got the invoice to us immediately. My tenant said that they did a very good job on cleanup.

Mr. Aguilar was contacted on February 20, 2014, after seeing his work vehicle on the expressway (Picture was taken long time ago). Mr. Aguilar came on February 21, 2014 to provide the estimate. He presented his credentials and was very professional on his estimate. Mr. Aguilar was hired and on February 28, 2014, he performed the work to a level of high professionalism and high standards. At the end of the job which took about 1.5 hours, Mr. Aguilar explained everything to include how to maintain the roof in the coming future. Mr. Aguilar is a great asset to Angie's List.

I called Michael on Saturday thinking the job would be too small and he didn't have a problem with the size of the job. He scheduled it for Monday and did a great job. My walkway and sidewalk look great. It hadn't been cleaned in years. He is professional and highly recommend him. I will use him again in the future. We called for an estimate. Got a full description of the job- to pressure wash and seal our pool deck . The job was completed as stated as we had no weather interruptions. Great experience !

On actual date of service, time of arrival was punctual and cleaning was excellent.
