+ 0 moreI was not home to supervise them but they did a good job. They missed a few spots, a few windows on the second level, but nothing major. I probably would have noticed if I were home and could have asked them to correct this oversight. But overall I was happy that they did a good job without my being able to supervise the work. I will use them again.

+ -1 moreI was more than willing to hire the pressure cleaning man based on his glowing reviews but I couldn't understand why he told me they do NOT seal driveways when it clearly lists in the bio that they do. That puzzles me. If they do not then they should remove that statement.

+ -1 moreMr. Aguilar was contacted on February 20, 2014, after seeing his work vehicle on the expressway (Picture was taken long time ago). Mr. Aguilar came on February 21, 2014 to provide the estimate. He presented his credentials and was very professional on his estimate. Mr. Aguilar was hired and on February 28, 2014, he performed the work to a level of high professionalism and high standards. At the end of the job which took about 1.5 hours, Mr. Aguilar explained everything to include how to maintain the roof in the coming future. Mr. Aguilar is a great asset to Angie's List.
Description of Work: Roof was pressure cleaned. Roof was also sprayed with organic treatment. Exterior walls were pressure cleaned as well in preparation of exterior wall painting.
