One the first day, the installers were about 4-hours late and they on called after being 2-hours late. Not a good sign at the beginning.  The installers were somewhat courteous and worked until 9-10PM.  I believe that they were doing their best to complete the job in one day as promised, but that didn't happen.  They came the  following day and finally completed the job by late-afternoon.  When I inspected the install and went over the basic functions of the CCTV system, I was finally content.  However, after handing the $500.- cash, the installers wanted an additional $300 for overtime.  I reminded them that they were 4 hours late on the first day and should have been completed in one day.  After some discussion, I told the installers that they would see another penny until I spoke with the owner.  In addition, when I asked for a receipt, they told me it would be e-mailed shortly.  Once I reached the owner 1-2 days later, he clarified the situation and did not bill me for the overtime.  
After 2-4 weeks later, when I was cleaning out the closet space, I notice a HUGE hole in the roof were the CCTV DVR was placed.  I was extremely shocked and knew that the company I hired attempted to hide their mess.  I called the company and told the owner how disappointed and unprofessional they were, since no one else has ever been in the attic for years.  Of course, they denied any wrong doing but they went ahead and had someone come over to patch up my roof.  Two months later, I still do not have a receipt or invoice of the job provided.  I have left several voice messages and email to no avail.  DO NOT hire or trust this company...
