Too expensive

Supa is Super!!! Nice people and straight forward. They listed to what I wanted, they advised ways it could be done, provided a reasonable quote and made it happen. Each step of the way letting me know what was being done. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SUPA!!!!

Quick, professional and efficient.

The only positive was that Gregg was quick to respond to the call. The interaction was of little to no added value which I guess brings up the other positive that there was no service fee for coming out. He evaluated the unit for two minutes to tell me it needed to be completely replaced, no repair was possible, even as a tempering measure...please pay $4,850 for a new unit. Thank goodness I called another company for a second opinion that actually provided service rather than trying to sell me a new AC unit. My AC was repaired for $195 by another provider. I will not trust Gregg for any further service.

Gregg was very unprofessional. He was very difficult to deal with as he resisted every basic request I made. Being that I am an out of state landlord I asked for a video to show me what was going on and he resisted. He sent a worker who did take a video and explained that the evaporator coil was clogged. I asked him to provide me with a written quote showing the scope of work. Again he resisted but finally agreed to send me an email with one sentence “Supa Air and Heat is please to present a proposal to unclog Evaporator Coil in the attic at the above address… $540.” Feeling frustrated but trying not to make waves I asked for him to include the 30 day warranty her verbally guaranteed me. He was supposed to show up the next morning so I both emailed and texted him asking him to respond to confirm the warranty and both were ignored. I also texted him to confirm the exact time he expected to arrive. Ironically that was the only communication that he responded to. Immediately after he was done he called me to get my credit card number to charge me for the service. I again asked him about confirming the warranty and in a confrontational tone he gave me all kinds of excuses as to why he didn’t get around to doing it. In the end he said he will include it on the invoice. Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend him to anyone for fear he would have a negative impact on my reputation. I use Home Advisor to hire all of the professionals I use for all repairs and installations. I always have a very positive experience and 99% of the professionals are true professionals. While I see he has many positive ratings I have to say that my experience was quite the opposite.

This guy came right after the hurricane - he ordered the part right away and fixed the AC. Smart and fast.

Supa Air made a service call on a Saturday after Hurricane Irma. The service was provided in a professional and personable manner. I felt confident that the technician (Greg) was very knowledgeable and able to get the job done. I would recommend Supa Air without reservation!

Great company

Supa Air came out to service our a/c unit on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I was very pleased with the service and the very fast response. Very professional and definitely pleased with this company.

My AC went out on the 4th of July. I was looking on line at home advisor and didn't expect a response till the next business day- but Greg answered my request in less than 30minutes! He set up an appointment for the 1st thing the next am. When he discovered I would need to replace the system, he made it happen that day. we didn't have to suffer through another 90 degree sleepless night. His crew was curtious and professional. I will definitely recommend Supa Air.

Supa Air is a very professional company that makes sure the job is done meticulously. I always want the "This Old House" approach, with great attention to detail - which has been hard for me to find in Miami generally. Supa Air gave me that kind of quality work. The price was fair and reasonable, especially given the quality. And the parts bought were quality (Trane). 10 year warranty on parts, and 1 year on labor. I am very happy with Supa Air and I would definitely use them again!! .

Greg and his staff did a very nice job replacing my 12 year old AC unit. They were on time and finished the job the same day. Good and honest people, will recommend.

When I contacted Home Advisor on Friday, May 24th, regarding an air conditioner that quit working, I received a call from Gregg Williams from Supa Air & Heat, Inc. He stated he could be at my house in two hours and he arrived on time. After he fixed the air conditioner that quit working, I asked him to check the second air conditioner. He found that the second air conditioner needed refrigerant. It had been two years since I had refrigerant added to the second air conditioner. He did an excellent job on both air conditioners and my wife and I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Called me back before 0700 and came to the house and fixed our unit very quickly.

Greg did a great job fixing my a/c problem and discussing options for replacement if I should decide to do that. My only complaint is that he was not able to come on time for the appointment and neglected to call and let me know. I called him and he updated me on his arrival time. Once here he did an excellent job.
