Supa Air and Heat, Inc.

Before you hire Supa Air make sure to check elsewhere for prices. Supa Air will rip you off with unnecessarily high prices, sometimes 3 times higher than their competitors. My AC Coil had a leak and need it to be replaced. Greg from Supa Air came to my house and gave me an estimate to replace my AC Coil. My AC coil is still under warranty and the estimate from Supa Air to replace the Coil was $2,600. I advised Greg at Supa Air that I will be getting other prices since his price seemed to high. I found a competitor that will do the work with the warranty for $700. I when ahead and hired the competitor to do the work and when the competitor proceeded to make the claim with the warranty at Carrier they were advised that Supa Air (Greg) had already placed the claim and had picked up the Coil from them. I never authorized Supa Air (Greg) to place any claims with the Carrier company. Now Greg at Supa Air won’t cancel the claim and won’t return the Coil back to Carrier. Supa Air now wants me to pay them a fee and pick up the Coil from their warehouse. I will be hiring an attorney and suing Supa Air for their unethical practices. Avoid Supa Air and save yourselves lots headaches.

I had a great experience with this company. Supa Air was on time, gave me a better price for the same exact AC as other local companies. Their install work was high quality. I highly recommend them.

When we contacted Mr. Williams, we were hot and bothered. Summer in South Florida is no time to turn on a fan-- the heat is truly unbearable. He made arrangements to come over after his appointments that same day (which we were grateful for). He came in and took a look at our unit and went back outside before telling us that there was a part we needed that had gone bad and was causing the compressor not to come on. He didn't have the part for our unit, but returned the very next day to replace it-- and it has been cooling ever since. He was courteous, communicated well with us, and was very reasonably priced. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my husband and I were very impressed, and if we have problems in the future we will be contacting him again!

The diagnosis of our a/c problem and the resolution was very prompt.  We had new a/c units within 2 days.  He ran into some electrical issues, but was able to resolve and fix the problem without delay.
Thanks to Angie's list for pointing out this company in the past.  We will continue using them.
