I had a great experience with this company. Supa Air was on time, gave me a better price for the same exact AC as other local companies. Their install work was high quality. I highly recommend them.

When we contacted Mr. Williams, we were hot and bothered. Summer in South Florida is no time to turn on a fan-- the heat is truly unbearable. He made arrangements to come over after his appointments that same day (which we were grateful for). He came in and took a look at our unit and went back outside before telling us that there was a part we needed that had gone bad and was causing the compressor not to come on. He didn't have the part for our unit, but returned the very next day to replace it-- and it has been cooling ever since. He was courteous, communicated well with us, and was very reasonably priced. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my husband and I were very impressed, and if we have problems in the future we will be contacting him again!

The diagnosis of our a/c problem and the resolution was very prompt.  We had new a/c units within 2 days.  He ran into some electrical issues, but was able to resolve and fix the problem without delay.
Thanks to Angie's list for pointing out this company in the past.  We will continue using them.
