I called 3 companies prior to contacting Storm Brokers, two of them never showed up and the third was very rude and unprofessional. Robin, from Storm Brokers responded immediately and came to my house to confirm window measurements the very next day. I recieved my estimate within 24 hours after that. Their work ethic surpassed my expectations because of what I had endured from other companies and the installers were very professional and polite. This was a HUGE investment for me and my family and I am more than happy of the outcome. My windows look immaculate! I have since then referred them to many of my closest friends and relatives. Thanks again!

Robin and his team were super responsive. They came right on schedule and were very efficient in repairing all 4 of the hurricane shutter within a few hours at the cost they had quoted. They also spent time explaining what had to be repaired, and they did not perform any unnecessary repairs. Robin is very knowledgeable and experienced with shutter repair. I will call Robin for all future service and repair and also I highly recommend him.
