Do NOT use this company. I had used them for years but the last few months I have received terrible service. They schedule service appointments and then cancel, and now magically TWO units that were recently serviced broke down. It took 3 days for them to reply only to tell me they are booked for the next 3 weeks, imagine leaving a tenant without AC in summer. The technician who serviced the unit has his phone off for days, never replied texts. I requested a tune up refund because I had to call a different company and they replying. There are many other companies who are more professional.
