My re-finance company added a last minute hitch to the closing the night before I was set to close and Brad spoke to them on my behalf and we were able to proceed as scheduled. I highly recommend this company for closing services. In this day of impersonal customer service, it was wonderful to deal with a company which was so considerate of my personal interests.
Description of Work: I found Spirit Title and Closing on Angie's List and contacted them in May to get an estimate for performing the closing on my refinance. I spoke directly to the owner Brad Scobey who was professional, friendly and informative. After our initial conversation, he promptly emailed me a detailed estimate of services. I was impressed by his professional and friendly demeanor and decided to use Spirit Title for my closing company. He asked me to submit paperwork that he could use to defer my closing costs. Brad kept me informed of everything that he had sent or needed a response from the refinancing company throughout the process and he performed my closing.

Brad is very polite and easy to communicate and he gave me a good price. So we decided to use the Spirit Title. He always answers our calls in time and deals with the bank and other parties professionally. We would definitely recommend him to our friends.

We've dealt with several title companies in previous home purchases & this one was the best by far. Brad Scobey was always available, answering our inquiries promptly & keeping us advised at every phase of the process. We really didn't have to do anything. It was such a pleasure dealing with him by phone and e-mail, and even better when we met him in person at closing. A consummate professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring for his clients. They don't come any better!
Description of Work: Company president personally handled all actions necessary for our condominium mortgage assumption, to include dealing with an out-of-state mortgage company, the condo association management, title search, closing, post-closing, and everything else in between, mostly by e-mail since we live out-of-state.

+ -1 moreSpirit Title was very professional from the beginning. They handled all the necessary legwork between my new bank and old bank. Brad, the owner, saved me money by educating me. He informed me that when I get Title Insurance (again) for a house I already own, I get a discount from the state. Most title companies don't pass this discount on to you or even let you know about it. And finally, it was a quick close where other title companies I used dragged their feet.
