Everything went smoothly. Spirit Title is a company comprised of competent individuals who work and make sure the process is easy. The closing process was excellent. My closing agent was fantastic, Brad, Jamil, Kat, Holly...all are phenomenal at what they do. It also helped that the price was just right. If I buy again, which I hope I do, I will definitely be coming back to this same title company and using their services again.

After giving Spirit's name to my mortgage broker, I received a call directly from Brad, the owner of the company, telling me about the closing process and thanking me for my business. I was greatly surprised to hear from the owner. That told me this company was special. He gave me the names of the ladies whom would be facilitating my closing, Maria and Yamille. I probably worked most closely with Yamille and it was also a pleasure. She was on top of every detail and when it looked like the closing might be postponed due to a glitch on the seller's part, Yamille was able to get everything together. I closed on a Wednesday and even though the seller needed one more thing to clear, we got everything done by Friday. The entire crew made the whole process so simple and enjoyable for me! Such a nice group of folks and so helpful!

They were very good. It was excellent service. They were professional. I found them on Angie's List and everybody said they were wonderful and I found that to be true. I had no problems with them and they were wonderful. I would say they were excellent. Everything about them was exceptional. They were absolutely friendly.

Closing costs were paid by the prospective buyer and not by myself. Basically they were nice I just thought there were a couple of issues that maybe they should have been a little more knowledgeable on. My interactions were good. The work turned out good. I'm not sure of anything specific they could work on to get a higher grade. The quality of the work seemed fine.

Amazing!! After finding the company on Angie's list, I decided to use Spirit Title & Escrow. Yamille and Maria are helpful, informative, punctual and very patient. This was my first home purchase and I didn't use an agent, but they explained everything clearly and were always happy to help when I had questions. I would absolutely recommend Spirit Title & Escrow!

Amazing. Will 100% be back and will refer to anyone. We had a bank back out during the first attempt and had to go with another lender through a third party broker, adding confusion and errors to an already fragile deal. We missed our closing date because of the new lender and Holly and Brad worked to get us an extension and when we were about to MISS THAT DATE, they pushed the bank and did a VERY FAST turnaround. Holly and Brad stayed late (unlocked the doors to let us in) and took their time with us, going page by page and explaining every question I had. I looked around their office at one point and was just impressed with how hard they worked and how "together" everything was for a company I found to be less expensive than everyone else I contacted. I can't say enough so I'll stop because I'm probably already saying too much :)

This is our third time closing on a home, so it was a pretty standard affair. Both the seller and our realtor were not available to attend the closing and Brad and his team had everything prepared. Initial phone conversations were handled well, but I do remember calling frequently to confirm that the closing team was prepared for our closing and feeling a bit rushed on the phone. The wire procedure for the funds needed to close were a bit odd as I was told that in the state of Florida cashiers checks are no longer accepted on the day of closing due to fraudulent checks. Despite this minor communication issues via phone, we would select Spirit Title Services again if we decide to sell this home when we are relocated with the military in a few years.

Brad, Maria and Team were incredible from the first email until the home was closed and the money disbursed. They were professional, nice, kind and honest. Everyone involved, including both brokers, the sellers and ourselves (the buyers) were impressed and satisfied. I will definitely use them and recommend them. Very honest, hard working people.

Brad and Arlene were very professional in handling the closing of my new home. They basically hand held me through the entire process. We were able to close on time even though there were several obstacles created by the seller and their attorney.
