Speath Engineering FL, LLC was founded by Matthew S. Speath, P.E., a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Mr. Speath has been providing Civil Engineering services in Florida since 2002. Speath Engineering FL, LLC continues a family tradition of over 40 years of providing professional consulting engineering services, spanning three states, and initiated in 1973 by Mr. Speath’s father, Ellis H. Speath, Jr., P.E., also a graduate of Northeastern University. Mr. Matthew S. Speath, P.E., principal of Speath Engineering FL, LLC has experience in over 400 successful projects in Florida since 2002. These projects vary in size and complexity from small inspections, feasibility studies, and engineering consultations, to large single & multi-family residential developments, office complexes, retail developments, hotels, industrial complexes, schools, government projects, and many others. Speath Engineering draws upon the experience of its staff, whose varying expertise is used as a resource to ensure that every client’s project is a success. We firmly believe we are not only an engineering company, but also a company that specializes in problem solving, and creating innovative solutions. We go that extra mile to successfully obtain permits for our clients, even when others may have failed in the past. We enjoy taking on a challenging project and exceeding our client’s expectations.
