I do not know who wrote this review, probably the owner of this company. This is the most unreliable person I have ever done business with. Used him 3 times, and each time it took him a month to show up. This time he said he would be here in 3 days after not here for a month, but never showed up. Do not hire this person. He should be removed from your site.

"First off, the owner (myself) cannot leave a review on me. Second, you had me on hold for 3 months because you were painting your house and made me call you every week to check to see if they were done. Which I patiently did. And lastly, unfortunately, I had to be hospitalized from an injury. I called you and told you I wasn't going to make it. 'm really amazed at what some people would do and say just so they don't have to pay their bill. Canceling services doesn't mean your last service cut is free. Smh. My work and my customer's reviews speak louder than your lies."

Initially I gave a glowing review but unfortunately I must definitely revise my rating. Customer service is undeniably sub par. Does not arrive when scheduled and more importantly, does not call to notify! In this current (second) incidence, it is almost the end of the month and I have not seen or heard from them and now must secure a new lawn service. Very unfortunate turn of events considering I was previously (erroneously) impressed!
