They basically wasted 2 days of my life. I purchased an item through Amazon and they were hired to assemble it. They were paid through Amazon. They were scheduled to assemble it in a time frame of arriving between 8AM and 11AM. They did not call at all and did not show up. When I called Amazon, they contacted them, and I was told they would be there in about an hour. Again, no call, no arrival. I recalled Amazon and they promised again to come, and once again, no call, no come. Finally, toward the end of the day, and 7 hours after the scheduled arrival time with me waiting all this time, Amazon contacted them, and they said they were overbooked, blamed Amazon, and rescheduled for next day. Amazon told me they were lying about blaming Amazon for being overbooked, as they accepted the job knowing full well the time of the appointment. The next day, same thing happened. NO show, no call. I called Amazon again, and this time, despite me now taking a second day off, said they would not come. They blamed Amazon again saying that the exercise bike, which was delivered by Amazon in a brand new in sealed box, they were afraid it may be broken, which makes no sense as Amazon is reputable company, sells new equipment, and stands behind the products they sell. Basically again they were over booked and could not come, and were probably afraid they would get a bad review . Here is the bottom line, NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want a company that wastes your time, does not show up, does not call to say they are late, lies about the reason, and you feel like wasting hours or days of your time. They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Amazon was great however but do NOT use this company.
