I wasn't charged for that because it's part of a five year plan. One person came out to complete the service. It took about 20 minutes to complete the work. He thoroughly checked out my air conditioner, cleaned it out because there was nothing wrong with it, it just needed a maintenance check.

They are very good. They have very good quality. They follow up and everything. They respond really good. They are just really good in responding and follow and make sure everything went through it. They’ve been on time. They’ve never been late. They always show up early. They are very professional. They do good work. The quality of the workmanship is very, very good. They own stuff. There was no makeshift things or anything. A lot of places, you get the aftermarket stuff and they only use their products.

I called them to repair the grout in my ceramic flooring. They did a really good job and I like dealing with Sears in general because I feel that you can rely on them and there is a place you can go to if anything goes wrong. I've always liked working with Sears.

I haven't used Sears in a long time. I am not happy with my last interaction with them. They are actually the ones that made me go to Angie's list. When I called them to get my appliance repaired, they were more interested in trying to sell me some kind of a warranty in this thing than they were in doing the appointment and when I finally got the appointment made, they still trying to sell me the warranty. They didn't want to hang up so I sounded rude and hung up on them. It was going to be two weeks before they were going to come out to fix my dryer so I though that's too long not to have a dryer, let me find somebody else. That's when I signed up to Angie's list and that guy was out the next day and fixed it then I called Sears to cancel, now they're trying to sell me something else. They were polite.

They came out and fixed my washing machine, they also then offered an additional one year warranty.

They did not charge me arm and a leg. They were inexpensive compared to the dealership.

They were good. Everything went well. There were no issues at all. They were punctual and professional. They were courteous. I would use them again in the future.

The stove already had to be repaired within a year. I had to take warranty. I probably would not buy the same stove again, though I liked the model. The service guy was very good, very professional and very knowledgeable. We got the warranty with his suggestion. The sales person was very knowledgeable and she pretty much answered all the questions I had. The price was pretty reasonable.

I DON'T THINK THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD AT ALL. IN FACT, THEY TRIED TO WALK AWAY WITH MY MATERIALS. THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE AWAY MY FLOORING IN THEIR TRUCK, WHICH WAS MY MAIN ISSUE. THEY TRIED TO TAKE AWAY YARDS THAT I HAD PAID FOR.
