Scott's Projects LLC

Hired Scott's Projects LLC to replace our front door and install an outdoor electrical outlet. Showed up two hours late for the install, which should have been our first clue to how this project was going to go. The outside electrical outlet was installed correctly, but the front door was not. The inside frame was installed incorrectly and needed to be fixed. Tried contacting Scott's Projects LLC several times to get the door fixed. A simple job, would have taken an hour to replace one side of the frame. Had to text many times and call several times before I finally got a response days later. Then I was told the earliest it could be fixed would be 2 weeks after that. All the time my front door does not work correctly. Even after being paid in full Scott's Projects LLC would not complete the job. I finally set up a date two weeks later for Scott's Projects LLC to fix the door. The day it was due to be finished, no word, and despite calling, texting, and emailing no response whatsoever. Scott's Projects LLC simply ignored all the calls and would not fix the job. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else for your work. Terrible communication, terrible result, and no integrity in this handyman. Scott's Projects LLC gets one star (luckily for them the system doesn't allow 0 stars).
