This guy does not live up to his commitments. We hired him to install a Super Gutter on our house. He pulled a permit and seemed to do decent enough work. However, he never had the city inspect it to close out the permit. Fast forward to a few months ago (July '12) we were trying to sell our house and that is when we found out this permit was expired and never closed. When we tried to have him re-open the permit and get the city to inspect it he would not do it. Then he would even screen his calls from our phone numbers or even the city. When I complained to the city office, the lady behind the counter confirmed our suspicions that these people are very hard to work with . So save yourself some time and use someone else.
