We are extremely pleased with Jason, who is the owner of the company and did all of the work himself. He always called to let us know when he was coming - to the hour - and he always came when he promised he would. He even started the work when he gave us the estimate, after we had signed a contract. He guarantees no more infestation for one year. We would highly recommend him to others.

He came out the next day after I called. He looked in our attic and told us it looked like rats and said that he would come out the next day and put in some special tubes that would kill them. This was for two attics really. He responded quickly and called if he couldn't make it to appointments. He did everything he said he would do. He was very reassuring because this was very traumatic for us. It was very noisy at night and disturbing with the rats. He told us what to expect, how things would work, and how long everything would take. After the noises stopped, he sealed the house and we haven't heard them since. The price was competitive.
