Worked on removing popcorn 7/16. He arrived on time. Work was more involved than he thought. Paid as requested $400. The next day work was done. Job completed on 7/18/2012 and payment in full--$1225. The next day I noticed areas that were not covered properly with paint. I contacted him to get name of paint used. He texted back. I noticed areas of ceiling that did not look right. He had told me before he would come the following Wed. 7/25. Meanwhile on Sat.7/21 I developed issues with plumbing. I called plumber, he returned call Sunday--Plumber came and snaked out from sewer line CONSTRUCTION RAGS!!! Cost to remove $170. I began to notice "crumb-like " pieces of ceiling falling. I called and left message to Ralph about ceiling but did not mention about RAGS. I was going to show him the rags when he returned. He did not return call--He did not show up on Wed.7/25!!!! I notified the BBB of Miami. They attempted to contact him 3 times. He did not respond so they closed the case. I have to get someone to fill the spots on the ceiling and paint. Fortunately no larger pieces of ceiling have fallen.
