After all my plants started to die and this white stuff purchased as LAWN SAND became hard as rock in places I took a sample down to the office of RIZ to show then and ask what is it ? and what can they do to help me , they stated " we have no idea what it is, we have NEVER seen it before " and Mr. Corey Golden asked me " what kind of water are you using on it ?" At this point I decided that they were not going to help me, I left the building and informed them that I would be filing a law suite against them for damages time and money spent to remove this plant killer stuff they sold and delivered to me. I will sue RIZ through small claims court.
Description of Work: Ordered 6 cubic yards of Top Soil asked RIZ to change this to LAWN SAND instead. They delivered a fine off white substance to our front garden as promised. This substance has been observed and analyzed by a number of individuals in various industries and professions the general consensus is it is a product called GYPSUM, this product has killed most of our plants, and we are still in the process of digging it all up and dumping it, our plants have been removed to try to save them.
