REGAL MAIDS

The franchise of Regal maids was referred to me for cleaning for a reason. This was a good jester when a person is ill and may need some help. I thought the idea was great and appreciated the donation of their time for me. However, as soon as the 2 maids arrived they immediately called the supervisor Adda Reina who called me politely but stating the maids felt it was unsafe for them clean. Due to some mold and a cat litter box in the bathroom. I was kind of embarrassed as we keep the litter box clean daily. The supervisor said she would speak to the maids. I offered for them to clean the kitchen or living room instead. Well 4 calls later the supervisor coming to my home. Just made the whole experience so unhelpful. They did a great job but the stress was not nice. I thought the purpose of a maid service was to clean a home that maybe in need of it. I was suppose to have 3 more visits which I thought maybe since I tipped them anyway they would come back. Guess not they call the other day from the charity that tries to help you and told me that Regal maids declined to come back. The moral of this story is if you have a house that really may need cleaning call someone else. All they did was complain about a cat box and bottom of the shower door, ugg.
