I would give them 0 stars if I could. They were hired to take an old hot water tank out of my residence to put a new one in. They did something electrical to it and in doesn't work . My old hot water tank worked fine but it was old and needed to be replaced. The power light on the transponder was green. It was out when they were done. I had no electric to the hot water tank. They said it was the breaker that was the cause and left. The next day an electrician came out. It was not the breaker but something they did while trying to connect the tank to the the electric. He couldn't even find what they did. Today will be seven days without hot water. I would strongly advise to find reconsider if you plan on hiring a plumbing company to install a water tank heater.

The servicemen with R F J Plumbing Inc did a great job.  They were not able to complete the job the day they came out due to electrical problems, but they came back the next day after the electrician and completed the job.  They didn't charge me for the second day.

They were excellent. They were courteous and on time. I thought they were professional. The first time I used them, they installed a hot water heater and they did a great job. There was no fuss and everything turned out well.
