Perfectly. This was the 4th window motor replacement on my 2006 Jeep Liberty. I gave Frank a heads up 3 days before I booked an appointment to get part. Even though I did this most times his parts vendors deliver within 1/2 hour any part needed while I am waiting. Everything was finished in a reasonable time and the price was great. An added benefit to the courteous personnel (office and mechanics) is a wonderful gentle dog named Missy who sleeps next to you while you wait. For me, a bonus!

This is my third or fourth time coming here and I would recommend to any and everyone needing auto service. They are honest, friendly and reasonably priced.

I have a thirty year old car, and Frank had told me the last time I was in for servicing that the engine was not in great shape, and would either need to be replaced soon, or it was time to sell her to a collector and get a newer used car. I can't afford either. I asked Frank if he could get the car drivable for just short, infrequent grocery runs for now. He explained what he would do, told me I'd have to keep close watch on the coolant level, and that the problem would not just go away. I love my car, parting with her would be very difficult.... so he did the best he could to give me what I asked, without sacrificing my safety, and so far so good.

As always, they thoroughly investigate what's needed, does not charge or service if not warranted.
This business has integrity and know how about cars older makes and models as well as new.
They also have a sweet gentle 4 legged door greeter...

Important, they're in High demand and appointment is the best idea! Though if you've done business with them and have an issue they will squeeze you in. They stand by their work! Something of an enigma here in S. Fla. (in my experience)
Their waiting room was comfortable (AC) and Clean, access to a bathroom as well.
All employees were friendly and competent.

My husband and I are new to the area, so finding a mechanic in a new town is not exactly my favorite chore. :( I called at around 9:30 to report the problem, I asked approx. how long it would take. The owner Frank was very nice and honest and told me he really could not quote me a time without an appropriate diagnosis. So I brought the car in around 10:45am and was out by noon. As a woman, I DREAD going to a mechanic. Always try and up sale you on EVERYTHING. Frank was totally honest and didn't try and con me into new brakes or whatever a lot of mechanics do. He was honest, genuine with prices and time estimate. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. They have the SWEETEST pup, Missy who greets you with kisses as you walk in the door. It's a very family friendly environment. I felt like I was taking the car to a family member's shop. They made you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Could not be more pleased with my experience, the price and time efficiency. Thank you. :)

Frank and his crew always do a great job!

Went in for oil change and fluid check plus replacement of rear right turn signal.  In the course of looking over the car found that front bearings were shot.  The last oil change I had the rear bearings replaced and Frank (owner) asked me if I had gotten the recall paperwork for a refund.  I said "no".  He printed it out with the repair bill and told me to write a letter to get my $400+ money back!!!!  What a mensch!  He also clued me into another recall that I did NOT get from Chrysler and told me to ask for paperwork to take to the dealer for a free repair.  For anyone who needs an automotive repair, this is the place to go.  For a woman it is the best place in the world.  Here are people who never take advantage of your ignorance of automotive repair, but explain EVERYTHING before they do it.  It is then your decision.

The experience couldn't have gone better.  I had a 9 am appt. and everything was right on time, friendly and professional.  Though the problem seemed to have disappeared by the time I arrived, it was discussed, the car was test driven then inspected on the lift, and everything checked out - all at no charge.

Had a recall from Jeep for a tow bar (fiery rear-end collision prevent).  Took me 17 months to find a dealer.  Finally I did.  Dealer repaired (gratis) and took 4 hours.  At the same time I bought (good price) 4 tires.  Car is 9-years old and needed them.  Upon the completion of everything, I was told that they forgot to charge for alignment, so didn't do it; my back and front rotors and pads were needing replacements, and a myriad of other things.  Price: approx. $900.  I went to my go-to mechanic, Preferred Automotive, and asked them to check the defects>  Lo and behold, I only needed back rotors and pads.  Thank you.

I have been going to Frank at Preferred Automotive for many years with several different cars. Now my daughter goes with her truck. Always courteous and professional. Never does unnecessary work and always gives a great price for your requested service. I highly recommend Preferred Automotive.

Excellent as always. Frank and his staff always take great care of me and my car. He checks in with me to let me know what he finds and what he will do to fix the problem. You couldn't ask for better care. His receptionist, Carla, is very friendly and always makes me feel welcome.

Everything went fine. I've trusted Frank (the owner) for years with my cars. He is always straightforward and honest with me. He never tries to sell you more services then what is needed to fix your vehicle like they do at auto dealers. I have full confidence in Preferred Automotive. The only issue I have is their prices on some things are a little high. For example Preferred charges $90 to do a front end wheel alignment but the tire store I get my tires from charges me $60. So I'll go to my tire guy for tires and alignments but if it has to do with the engine then Preferred Automotive is my choice.
