Website very misleading, he came to house as stated in Website, assessed the car, stated that he needed cash, $40.00 to order part and that it should be received in a few days, called him after 2 days, he answered in a negative tone, "I'LL CALL YOU WHEN IT COMES IN, I TOLD YOU AT LEAST A WEEK. After that, I looked on the web for negative feedback reports and found him and company with at least 3 other horrific stories of how he stole the customer's money, threatened them with physical harm, ruined the cars, all have given him cash up front, big mistake, some he never came back. I called him and told him not to come back, I no longer required his services- he laughed and stated, how does it feel to get ripped off for forty dollars. I felt it better to take the loss now before anything physical would happen as I was ready to call the police. Man goes by the name of Mike, not his real name, very rude-learned my lesson, that;s why I am now a member on ANGIE's LIST DO NOT RECOMMEND IN FACT RUN FROM THIS PERSON OR ELSE HAVE HIM ARRESTED, WHICH IS WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE, STILL HAVE CONTACT INFO JUST IN CASE HE EVER COMES BACK OR CAUSES SOME HARM.

Provider came to the worksite and took three hours to "fix" the problem. Receipt states one year warranty. Several messages were left, e-mails sent, and text messages also sent. No response. Did not perform what was promised and does not live up to his contract. DO NOT EVER USE THIS GUY!!! THIEF AND LIAR!
