I had been in contact with the rep Remi from the beginning. He gave me a pretty good price. He would stay in contact with me throughout the process. When I had an issue with the device, they exchanged it with no problem. They reinstalled it for me with minimal cost. Everything he told me, he kept his word. I would recommend them and I pray they treat the next customer the way they did me. They also do military discount and first responder discount. Good job guys.

After some minor confusion about our appointment time, all was good. Installer was polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself.

Absolutely amazing! I had a defective water heater that another plumbing company put in And I was charged thousands of dollars over what it really cost.. I had it 5 months and then it died. This company came in-in a matter of hours hours got me up and running again! The other plumbing company just blew me off and I had not had hot water in my house for the last 11 days. After finally getting disgusted because nobody was helping me in any way, I called Rheem directly And they suggested Pompa plumbing. The repair took longer than expected because it was replacing a tankless water heater. They kept me informed all along the way. The two technicians were courteous and respectful of my home. They both wore masks in light of COVID. I would recommend them.

My water heater began to leak late on a Tuesday night. I went onto Homeadvisor and requested a pro. Rami contacted me on Tuesday night and followed up with me on Wednesday morning. I hired his company for the job around noon on Wednesday and the work was completed later that evening.

We had an emergency on a Sunday with our water heater and we contacted Pompa and they came within the hour and had our new water heater installed with no issues and helped us with some other issues that had nothing to do with the original call. They are outstanding!!! Would use again and again!!!
