It was covered under warranty. I'm glad it was under warranty, it would have cost around $1200.

I checked out a lot of other repair shops. World Ford offered the best price with the longest guarantee. It's now a couple months after service. There have been no oil leakage issues and it's nice that World Ford called two separate times to make sure all was well. I appreciated the follow up.

It went great. I waited maybe an hour and Kenny, my service provider, made sure that I wouldn't have to wait long and I have the security code so now my daughter can use her keyless entry to get into her car!

Went well. I got a rebate for buying 4 tires and then a rebate for using their credit service with no interest for 12 months and then I got points for buying the tires and used the points to knock off a good amount towards my alignment.
Kenny is my service person and he is the best!!

I went for an oil change without having An appointment. I received a coupon on the mail so I wanted to give it a try. The service was excellent. The waiting area is comfortable, and they have free wifi so you can take your computer while waiting. The down side was that they don't wash your car, which most dealers do when you go for an oil change. However I only paid 30 dollars. Great value. I'll be back.

It was under my extended warranty plan. They had the car for approximately three weeks. When I got the car back I found that they had over sprayed on the front of the car with little black dots. I got the spots off the car. The main reason I took the car there was to get the lights fixed, and it still didn't work. I asked them why it wasn't fixed, and they said they had to backorder a part. It took them seven months. They kept saying that it would be ready in another 30 days, and nobody called me. I would always have to go there and ask if the parts had come in. They said they would put me on emergency backorder. I had to go there every month for seven months. I had to finally get a lawyer to raise hell with these people. I told them that I wanted the car back the way I had given it to them. The service advisor had not done his job.

I ended up paying them for the services, but I got my money back from them. They are the coolest in knowing how to repair fords. I?ve heard a lot of people who have had real bad experiences with this service provider. I think the dealer will be the best place to go to. They were okay with their responsiveness. Eventually my car got fixed. I would not use their services again in the future.

We kept feeling a vibration under the gas pedal. We took the car back to the dealership and the repairman said that Ford had not developed anything to take care of the problem. Two months later, we took the car in again and they put a bracket on the vehicle. This helped the vibration under the gas pedal, but the steering wheel shook so much that I didn't think I would make it home. They didn't bother aligning the wheels after they put the bracket on. The car also had grease everywhere in it! In addition to these troubles, they didn't register our trade-in vehicle at the dealership and the person that bought the car didn't register it so we ended up getting many situations for traffic violations that were not our fault! This was just a miserable company to work with. We have also seen many articles written about how bad they are.

Everyone knows car salesmen are, for the most part, less than honorable individuals. However, the Sales Managers at World Ford are without a doubt the lowest of the low. Their "word" is useless and they would steal from their own mothers. After being a "loyal" customer and buying five (5) new vehicles in 5 years, these low lifer's really stuck me this time. Did not honor promises to make things right. The worst part was being complimented for being a combat veteran then using this to tactic to suck me in. These jerks will stoop as low as you can go to rip you off. STAY AWAY from these dirt bags!
