They came on time, were honest with what could and could not be fixed.  They were neat workers.  Everything worked as it should.  They also fixed windows that others didn't want to. The gentleman that came out was an older gentleman did things the old fashioned way.  He would say to fix rather then to replace.  He would also save you money where he can. He would take apart and if couldn't fix wouldn't charge you.

I have used Phil Nix many times over the years.  I have found them to be very professional and not out to get you.  Their last repair/replacement was repairing several screens around my pool area and replacing two on the top of the screen area.  I would definitely recommend them.

I enjoyed their service as far as I'm aware. The quality of their work is perfect.

Phil Nix came promptly but could not do screen door painting. However, another person was provided and did a very good job.

All went very well. Punctual, professional, and excellent work. Price very reasonable. The sliding glass doors were in need of new wheels, and sliding screen doors needed overhaul. Will definitely be using again and recommending to others.

It was a good experience and I liked the quick turnaround.

Took them the screens - they took the old screen out of the frames and re-placed with new screen - some frames needed to replaced and they matched the ones we have perfectly.

I have used this company in the past so I thought I would call them again. They came out for an estimate that same day. The man was on time and the office also called to tell me he was on his way. He checked out the work to be done, taking all the measurements, and even told me which of my screens were still good and did not need to be replaced at this time. I agreed to the price and OK'd the work. He was not the one who would do the screen work so they came back the next day to replace the screens and then a few days later to replace the door (which had to be ordered). They did great work and I love my new door which works perfectly and was really happy to get everything done so quickly. I would calll them again without hesitation.

Within several days of contacting the company, they were at my residence to do the work. Everything went smoothly until after they replaced the rollers on the sliding screen door. They spent almost two hours attempting (without success) to align the rollers so they stayed on the track. They took the sliding screen door with them and returned it at a later date. It still does not slide very well although other screen doors slide fine on that track. There were several small rips in the screen when they returned the screen door. After I pointed these out and no comment was made from the workman about re-screening the door, I said I could live with the screen the way it was. A section of patio screen they had accidentally damaged was replaced, so I was disappointed when no offer was made to replace the damaged screen which I had paid to have re-screened. Not a very professional way to run a business.

Reasonable price, I got 3 bids, and they were lowest. Came on time. Job took about 1/2 day. Got follow-up call to check on job.

This company was able to replace a handle for my Keller awning window. The repairman did a great job and now I can open my window.

I contacted the company to do some repairs. They came out the next day and did the job. They were very professional, prompt and thorough. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

Having made an appointment 10 days later, Phil Nix called back to make sure the window wasn't stuck open. Then 2 days later their serviceman (who's name escapes me) called to see if he could come that day. Unfortunately, the handle couldn't just be replaced and being old, his regular stock didn't fit. Just 2 days later, another call - he'd found one he thought would do the trick. Back he came and sure enough, the window was fixed. I have used this company over the years and always found them most helpful.

They came earlier than expected and called prior to coming to check that it was OK to do so. They did exactly what they said they would do in the estimate and cleaned up after.

I WAS NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. MY WINDOWS BLEW OUT DURING THE HURRICANE, IF THAT TELLS YOU ANYTHING. I DID NOT CALL THEM TO COME INSTALL NEW ONES.

I THINK THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REPLACING THE SCREENS ON THE PATIO PORCH. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIRE THEM FOR A FUTURE JOB IF NEEDED.
