"The service was for perimeter treatment every other month. Yes there was confusion at the beginning but service was delivered. At the last attempt to service this house nobody responded to a phone message and a vicious dog was not only inside the gate preventing us from entering property but there was a loose dog roaming the neighborhood that attempted to bite me."
Kevin assessed our rodent problem, set baited poison and traps, and said he would be back in a week to check for progress. We also discussed, at my request, his other services, which sounded reasonable and sensible. I thought Kevin was consummately professional, taking a very logical approach to our problem, but he was also pleasant to deal with.
The following week, Kevin returned, checking bait and traps. He reset the traps and refilled the bait. We are preparing to seal our garage openings in the way he recommended. We are sure that there is progress, but he will return again for the third week--I am extremely impressed.
When our rodent problem is resolved, I hope to receive regular exterior pest service from Pest Pro.

Kevin did the inside of my home, while his associate sprayed the outside perimeter. They were very fast and very efficient. Kevin answered my questions and made recommendations when possible. Finally I asked him if he could look in my attic just to let me know if I should be concerned. He was nice enough to take the time and look and I was very happy to learn there was nothing to be concerned about.
I will call in a couple of months for the second treatment although I expect Pest Pro Services will call me first. Once the 2nd treatment is completed, I will provide a follow up review.
Update
Well it is now July 8th and I have not received the expected follow up call for the second part of my bi-seasonal treatment. I guess I will have to call and make arrangements. I'll let you know how it goes although I expect it to go well.

You had requested service that was not part of the Big Deal, Lawn spraying for fleas, which we normally charge $75.00 for your size yard and did not even charge you. The last time we spoke you were supposed to call us back to have a re treatment done at no additional cost.."
