had to call to show up i paid for service threw out the year 4 times visit or at least it seems this way and we never got a call for next service only came once i have local company in Naples they call me every time to set up my house

We called Kevin on a Wednesday and told him that we had possible bird mites, and a rat problem. We made an appointment for Saturday. Kevin was on time, professional, and got the job done. We definitely had mites. He sprayed and gassed the property and made sure to spray EVERYWHERE. We will be using his services on a by-monthly basis now.
I would highly recommend Kevin. I believe that he will be honest in his assessment of what is needed.

They were supposed to spray around the exterior of the house. I was having a lot of issues with ants which was not resolved through the treatments but rather the change in season. At first it didn’t appear they were coming out. I called several times and they claimed they were there. They said they had knocked on the door and left notes even though they didn’t. They told me they would call before they arrived but they didn’t. I saw them here twice even though they were supposed to come out on a monthly basis. I didn’t think it was a great service or communication.

"The service was for perimeter treatment every other month. Yes there was confusion at the beginning but service was delivered. At the last attempt to service this house nobody responded to a phone message and a vicious dog was not only inside the gate preventing us from entering property but there was a loose dog roaming the neighborhood that attempted to bite me."

Called Kevin to come out for my ant infestation problem. Other exterminators had come out but wanted astronomical prices for annual pest control contracts which I ccould not afford in the current economy. I saw the Pest Pro Services offer on Angies list for $249.00 annually all inclusive (a savings of approx. $270 over other companies) so I signed up. Kevin came out the same day gave us a fist time treatment, I paid for an annual service. If the problem does not clear up in 7-10 days, he said I should call him and he would come back out and treat again. This was only my first experience, but I think I found a good deal with a pest control company who has exemplary ratings via Angies List.

Kevin is fabulous. He takes great care in completing the job and is very knowledgeable. I had a little bag of dead bugs that I had collected from around the house. I wanted to make sure we didn't have bed bugs. Thankfully we didn't and he explained each bug to me. I have used him several times since my first service and I am very happy.

The treatment didn't kill the ants that liked to come into my kitchen, but I'd like to think that it killed or prevented other pests. I haven't yet called for my second treatment.

Kevin assessed our rodent problem, set baited poison and traps, and said he would be back in a week to check for progress. We also discussed, at my request, his other services, which sounded reasonable and sensible. I thought Kevin was consummately professional, taking a very logical approach to our problem, but he was also pleasant to deal with.
The following week, Kevin returned, checking bait and traps. He reset the traps and refilled the bait. We are preparing to seal our garage openings in the way he recommended. We are sure that there is progress, but he will return again for the third week--I am extremely impressed.
When our rodent problem is resolved, I hope to receive regular exterior pest service from Pest Pro.

I had a serious tick infestation in my yard and on my dog. Kevin was very helpful in locking in a date and time so that I could coordinate the Vet visit for my dog. He showed up as promise and provided a great job making sure that he sprayed the entire yard and patio. I will use them again in about a month.

Unfortunately my coupon expired while I was traveling. When I returned I took a chance and called Kevin to see if they would extend my expiration date. I was very pleased when the response was "sure, no problem". I made an appointment and within a few days Kevin arrived not only on schedule but an hour earlier than expected. He called before arrival to confirm.
Kevin did the inside of my home, while his associate sprayed the outside perimeter. They were very fast and very efficient. Kevin answered my questions and made recommendations when possible. Finally I asked him if he could look in my attic just to let me know if I should be concerned. He was nice enough to take the time and look and I was very happy to learn there was nothing to be concerned about.
I will call in a couple of months for the second treatment although I expect Pest Pro Services will call me first. Once the 2nd treatment is completed, I will provide a follow up review.

Well it is now July 8th and I have not received the expected follow up call for the second part of my bi-seasonal treatment. I guess I will have to call and make arrangements. I'll let you know how it goes although I expect it to go well.

The best I can describe our experience is "indifferent". That was the service level of the tech and the results of the pest control application. There was more interest in selling future or upgrade service than making a good impression and building a relationI think the Angie's List promotion overwhelmed this company and they were trying to get through their commitment with minimal poor reviews.

Overall Kevin performed a prompt service, he came next day after I purchased the Angie's deal. He set a two hour appointment window. He came to the house and sprayed the outside, and then sprayed inside and treated all the outlets on the wall. He also told me the spray was pet friendly. It took under 1 hour for the entire house to be treated. He was professional. I would use him again.

For one thing, when I called to set up the appointment, the person who answered the phone, answered the phone "hello", which to me is not very professional. They didn't answer with the name of the company. I got them setup to come over and I guess it was okay. He sprayed the house. We still see bugs but I can't really tell you whether or not there is an improvement yet.

I found Pestpro on Angies List, and was impressed with what I read. When I called and spoke to Kevin, he was wide open and informative with every question I asked him. He narrowed down my problem over the phone as best as he could, and decided that we could most likely resolve the situation with an economical one-time visit, instead of trying to sell me a more expensive contract. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and did his job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Pest Pro to anyone who needed a reliable exterminator.

I had a large bee hive attached to the front of my house. My regular pest control service estimated $300 to remove it. Pest Pro (Kevin) said it sounded like a fairly easy job, and would charge me $100, and if it turned out to be more difficult, maybe a bit more. I was a little wary of the 'iffy' price, but I left a check, went to work, and when I got home the job was done, and he even called me to let me know that he had finished, and there were no further charges. They did a great job and saved me a couple of hundred bucks. Based on this job, I can recommend them as a reliable company. They did exactly what they said they would do, and very quickly.

Kevin was extremely professional. From the beginning he was flexible with service scheduling and arrived promptly on the service date. He was quick and thorough and offered a guarantee. The price was well below what other larger companies had quoted and I was not required to enter into a contract. Best of all we haven't seen one ant since he left!
