It went great! My AC was on last leg, time for a new Unit, they came through and my expectations were surpassed. HONESTY and Quality!!! A+ on all levels. Terry was great and very knowledgeable. I asked him so many questions about Seers and tons, etc...he had nothing but patience with me. Best AC company!

There was no cold air coming out. The man came back and made it right.

I called Richard at noon and he came to my house at 3:00pm! He had a full diagnostics and fixed the issue within an hour an a half. He changed my fan and had to re-wire my entire unit.

We called Pembroke Pines AC because they helped my dad out like a couple months ago. Yes this is my 2nd review and all positive raves!! Terry had the bad luck of dismantling my AC and discovering the coils were utterly disgusting! I almost gagged when he showed me. He removed the coils and went outside, cleaned the coils with an acid wash, and put everything back together. He expressed that I have some time on this AC but to budget maybe a year down the road for a new one since it's seen better days. We plan on doing home repairs this Jan and he even advised me to NOT get the new AC until after and to beat the old one up instead. I agreed. He never hustled me, he never haggled, he gave me info on some units for the future and I shopped around already to make sure his info was correct. When it's the time, I will call Pembroke Pines Air again!!!. Honesty means a lot to me. My house is cold again, the air is probably way cleaner to breath in and I know what I have in store with the old unit currently in my house today. Thanks again and I will always refer you guys!

Used them 3 times. First time, blower went out. They showed up 30 minutes after I called. They got on phone, found part was under warranty, and I would just pay for labor. He got part same day and by lunch had it working. Second time, different house. 2 units. Both died on Thanksgiving. They came out next day. One just had clogged up drain line, the other needed a new board. He had to get board the following Monday, but tried to rig it to work over the weekend for me (unsuccessfully). Got it on Monday as promised and got it working again. No hard sell like the others, even though a 13 yr old unit. Third time, 1 unit crapped out. I opted for a new unit as it was 14 years old. Came out next day and replaced before lunch time. The company is small and honest. It's akin to your neighbor who happens to be an AC guy coming over to help try to fix it for you. Rather than some big company trying to scam you.

Amazing, Honest, Integrity, and confirmed that my dad was taken advantage of. We will forever call Pembroke Pines Air Conditioning for ALL of our AC needs. There are honest people out there and this company is trustworthy. 
This was the 2nd AC company coming out to my 71 year old dads house after my poor dad was taken advantage of ($2300 bucks!) by some crappy AC scam place. My husband asked a friend and they referred this company. I saw on Angies list but only 1 positive review so you know how that goes...Needless to say, Terry the technician came out and discovered loose valves upon his full assessment, which the prior scam AC place left open most likely intentionally and wanted to charge my dad an additional 1000 plus more to fix, 10 days prior (they told my dad he had a bum engine, leaks in coils, that they cleaned coils, etc). He literally tightened king valves and AC has been working great.  Appreciate their honesty and assessment of AC. 

They were quick and professional, and they never tried to overcharge or inflate the price. One job was just a broken switch that only cost $7 and they honored that price.
